Compensation: $15,000 annually. This is a Housing Allowance to be reviewed yearly.

Faith Christian Community Church of Port Huron, Michigan is seeking a Bi-vocational Senior Pastor called by God to serve as our spiritual leader. We seek an energetic visionary leader, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who listens to the hearts of the people, and teaches and preaches the passionate gospel.  As the spiritual leader of our congregation, we desire our pastor to have a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ, to be biblically faithful, and to preach and teach the Word of God.  Our Senior Pastor would need experience in a ministerial capacity with a multi-level staff and the ability to lead a team joyfully. In addition, we as believers desire to be equipped and encouraged by our Pastor’s teaching and empowered to use our gifts with holy boldness. We desire a Pastor who will model God’s desire to use us to expand His Kingdom beyond our church walls. We seek a Pastor who will love and lead us in his roles of servant, supporter, advocate, and administrator. We desire an authentic relationship with our Pastor, as we serve God together and spread the love of Christ throughout our community via our services and ministries.
